Over 90% of all hydraulic and mechanical components used on DHOLLANDIA lifts are manufactured at our own factories, including all hydraulic cylinders, pump units, logic valves, lifting arms, and steel and aluminium components including platforms.

To accomplish this , DHOLLANDIA's production facilities are fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for metal transformation and treatment (laser cutting machines, CNC drilling and milling machines, welding robots for steel and aluminium, tank installations for zinc-plating of steel parts and Anodisation of aluminium). These, the most advanced manufacturing techniques available, function in splendid harmony with our extremely competent and highly skilled workforce.

These comprehensive and continually evolving advanced production processes enable DHOLLANDIA to design (CAD) and manufacture (CAM) our extensive and diverse range of tail lifts with tremendous precision.
