The DH-LK unites the best of 2 worlds: this hydraulic tail lift is developed and composed of the lifting mechanism of a standard cantilever lift, and the flat platform of a column lift.

The DH-LK was originally developed for the British Royal Mail (see newsletter from 19/02/2005), where it is used to load and unload trolleys with mail and small parcels. Today, the DH-LK gains new users, that see advantages in the combination of the 2 executions in comparison with the standard cantilever lift or the column lift on itself. The application in this article focuses on loading and unloading gas bottles.

In comparison to the standard cantilever lift, the flat platform offers additional protection against load or trolleys rolling off the platform during the manoeuvres on the platform. Once the point of the platform has been bridged, the remainder of the working surface is completely flat.

In comparison to the current column lift models, the DH-LK offers a much larger platform surface, a hydraulic opening and closing instead of manual, and the facility to adjust the angle of the platform to the ground.

The DH-LK disposes of 1250kg lift capacity, and can be equipped with spring loaded pallet stops, hinged leading edges, automatic trolley stops and toe guard arrangements,… to suit your particular requirements.
