Tilting platform on column lift

In some countries like the United Kingdom and Ireland, column lifts are relatively popular for the manipulation of roll cages, and the handling of smaller goods or packages.

Conventional column lifts have the inconvenience though, that the platform opens by hand, and can only be opened to a fixed horizontal position.

Dhollandia’s new DH-VOC 500kg is also opened and closed by hand, assisted by a pair of torsion bars inside the platform. But an additional option enables the operator to incline the platform down below horizontal position, into ramp position.

When set at horizontal level, the platform can be used to lift / lower goods, as conventionally expected. When inclined down, the platform can be used as a ramp, to roll-on and roll-off roll cages and other wheeled objects.

The DH-VOC is available with a wide range of options, such as roll-stops in the platform point, flashing platform lights, etc…
