Following in the wake of the renewed passenger lifts DH-PH2 350kg (see newsletter from 26/02/2010), also their commercial counterparts for factory built panel vans have gone through a similar metamorphosis.

The DH-P2 offers 450kg lift capacity, and is suitable for mounting just in front of the rear doors or side doors of a wide range of panel vans and light commercial trucks with limited floor height. With a useful platform depth of 1080, 1150 or 1350mm, and useful platform width of 820 or 920mm, the DH-P2 is suitable to load / unload trolleys, small machines, white & brown goods, and large parcels. In order to handle pallets, other tail lift types, such as the DH-LSP and the DH-LC2 are more appropriate.

The linear 2-arm lift is fast and easy to use, and is equipped with an automatic roll-stop on the platform point. The platform is only 30mm thick, and offers very easy access as a consequence.

Other trumps of the DH-P2 are its low proper weight, its universal fitting without special mounting plates, and its low investment budget. Thanks to the simplicity of its technical concept, also the maintenance cost stays below the average for competing alternatives. The DH-P2 is independent from any requirements regarding overhang or ground clearance.
